PILATES ON TOUR CHICAGO
For the second year in a row Nico is one of the featured presenters during the Pilates on Tour conference. He showcased two of his workshops entitled, "Failure to Launch: Sequencing Successful Reformer Sessions," and "All Hands on Deck: Fundamentals of Assisted Stretching."
